This “Privacy Policy” governs the processing of your personal data by the controller of the processing: nv FAME TRAVEL DESIGNERS with registered offices at 2800 Mechelen, Europalaan 20, box 201 and CBE no. 0865.430.139 (hereafter: “nv FAME TRAVEL DESIGNERS”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, as it contains crucial information on how your personal data are processed and used. By sharing your personal data, you declare to have been notified of this Privacy Policy and you expressly agree with it, as well as with the actual processing.
Article 1 – General
Nv FAME TRAVEL DESIGNERS complies with the “Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data”, as modified by the Act of 11 December 1998 as well as the anti-spam provisions of Book XII of the Code of Economic Law regarding the “law of the electronic economy”. Category 3: with your enrolment, you share specific data for the purpose of organising activities/travel (dress size, shoe size, dietary preferences, allergies).

Nv FAME TRAVEL DESIGNERS may collect personal data about you in various ways, including via:

– your registration on the Website.
Article 3 – Purposes of the Processing
3.1.
Nv FAME TRAVEL DESIGNERS will use the Personal Data collected from you for the purpose of attending to/arranging/booking all activities/travel you (were) signed up for at nv FAME TRAVEL DESIGNERS.
You are not required to release your Personal Data but must understand that we are unable to provide certain services if you object to the processing.

This does not affect your right to seek effective remedy before a court with jurisdiction in civil proceedings.
Article 6 – Security and Confidentiality

We have developed the proper technical and organisational security measures to prevent the destruction, loss, falsification, alteration, unauthorised access by or unintentional disclosure of personal data to third parties, or any other unauthorised processing of these data.
6.2
Under no circumstances can nv FAME TRAVEL DESIGNERS be held accountable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from any improper or unlawful use of personal data by a third party.
6.3
You must comply with the security requirements at all times; this includes preventing any non-authorised access to your login and code. You are therefore personally responsible for any use of the Website from your computer, IP address and your identifying information, as well as for the confidentiality thereof.
Article 7 – Third Party Access
7.1
We make your Personal Data accessible to our employees for the purpose of processing them.
7.2
We guarantee an equivalent level of protection by imposing contractual obligations on our employees or agents, similar to this Privacy Policy.
