Step 3: You approve (or we adjust)

Flights, transfers, activities — from that moment, you don’t have to do a thing.
Step 5: You go and enjoy
While traveling, you have a dedicated contact person you can reach if you need us.

Our incentive travel programs focus on corporate group trips. Luxury Travel is designed for individual travelers, families, and small private groups. These are fully tailor-made journeys to faraway destinations, with the same quality and flow you experience in our incentive travel.
From solo travelers to extended family journeys. Most of our trips are designed for 2 to 6 people, but larger groups of friends or families are equally possible. We tailor each journey to your specific party.
Ideally, we begin at least 6 months before departure. This allows us to carefully craft your journey and secure the best partners and accommodations. Shorter timelines are possible, but for long-haul travel, flight fares tend to be less favorable closer to departure.
This depends on your destination, travel duration, accommodation preferences, and chosen experiences. Long-haul journeys typically start from €5,000 per person. During the intake conversation, we discuss your budget and explore what is possible.
Not every destination is at its best at every moment. Not every route feels right. And not every experience truly adds value.
