Step 2: We design your trip
Based on your wishes, we put together a complete proposal: route, hotels, experiences, budget. All tailor-made.
Step 3: You approve it (or we adjust)
We refine together until you think: yes, this is exactly right.
Step 4: We take care of everything
Flights, transfers, activities. From this point on, there’s nothing left for you to do.
Step 5: You leave and enjoy
While you’re away, you have a contact person you can reach whenever you need us.

FAQ: luxury travel explained
With our incentive travel, we organise group trips for companies. Luxury Travel focuses on individual travellers, families and small private groups. These are fully tailor-made trips to far-away destinations with the same quality and flow you’ll find in our incentive trips.
From solo travellers to larger family trips. We usually create trips for 2 to 6 people, but larger groups of friends or family are possible too. We tailor the trip to your group.
Preferably, we start at least 6 months before departure. That gives us the time to build your trip carefully and secure the best partners and accommodations. It can be done with less lead time, but for long-haul travel, flight prices won’t be as favourable.
That depends on your destination, the length of your trip, your accommodation choices and the experiences you want. Long-haul trips usually start from €5,000 per person. During the intake conversation, we’ll discuss your budget and see what’s possible.
Not every destination is at its best at every moment. Not every route feels equally right. And not every experience adds something meaningful.
That’s why we only recommend destinations we know inside out where the climate is right, the structure is logical, and our local partners make the real difference. You can trust our guidance. Absolutely. We adapt the pace, accommodations and experiences based on your children’s ages. From active adventures to quiet moments, we make sure everyone feels at ease.
Of course, that’s possible too within our range of destinations. If you dream of relaxing by the sea, we’ll listen just as carefully. Our natural strength does lie in far-away, luxurious trips.
